Installation

Installation via the integrated marketplace

Enter Team Radar in the search field and click on the magnifying glass. Team Radar now appears in the search results.

 Click Manage to get a trial license or Buy now to purchase a license for Team Radar. You will be asked to log in to MyAtlassian while the Team Radar download begins. Enter your credentials and click Generate License when you are redirected to MyAtlassian. Finally, click Apply license.

Manual installation

You can also download Team Radar directly from the Atlassian Marketplace and upload it as a jar file using the Universal Plugin Manager. The documentation of the Universal Plugin Manager describes how it works. You will also find much more information about installing plugins there. If you have more questions about licensing plugins, visit the Atlassian licensing documentation. Here you will also find much more general information about plugins for Atlassian products.

Team Radar General Configuration

In Team Radar General Configuration it is possible to delete all Team Radar data (space configurations and voting data). You can use this to reset the whole plugin. This is usefull before you uninstall the plugin, because during the uninstall process the database entries will not be removed.

Be carefull using the delete function, because the data can not be restored.

Click on "General Configuration"


 Click on "Team Radar Configuration"


 Click on "Delete Data"


 Click on "Delete Data" to confirm

Team Radar Space Configuration

You can add an individual Team Radar Configuration for each single space. It is possible to adjust the individual components of a single category. This includes the name, the optimal value of a vote, the description of a category and the classification of the individual values. Categories can be added or deleted, with a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 9 categories. 


If you don't configure the Team Radar plugin, a default configuration will be created when you add the first macro to a page or when you open the configuration page for the first time.


 Click on "Space tools".

 Select "Apps".


 The name of the category. 

 The optimum value that can be achieved in this category.

 The description of the individual category.

 Classification of the individual values.

 Deleting a category by clicking on the trash icon. 

 Adding a category by clicking on the symbol "plus". Note that there is a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 9 categories.

 Press "Save" to save your changes.


If you change the configuration of the Team Radar plugin, all changes affect only macros that were added to pages, after you have changed the configuration.

All configuration parameter of the old macros will stay the same as before.


Team Radar Clean Up Job

There is a Team Radar Clean Up job configured which runs every day at 11:00pm. The purpose of this job is to delete all unused Team Radar data from the confluence database (e.g. after you have deleted a macro from a page)

Click on "Scheduled Jobs"

 Click on any "Team Radar Clean Up" functionality to Run, Edit, Disable the job
