Usage

Scheduling

Permanent Agent:

Dispatches can be made or planned in the main navigation under "Apps" > "Agent Dispatcher".

If you are a Permanent Agent, you can schedule or perform dispatches of your licence at any time. Simply select a recipient and the required time period and click "Submit".

Your licence is transferred to the recipient for the specified time frame. The latter can also pass on his licence during this period. You can reset your transfer at any time. This automatically deletes all associated dispatchments of your recipient.

Potential Agent:

If you receive a licence as a potential agent, you can plan or carry out dispatches yourself for the period of time during which you have the licence. These can also be deleted so that you can regain the rights yourself. Attention: Deleting your Dispatchment will also remove all Dispatchments below it in the hierarchy.

The App is always running with 24-Hour Format and UTC.

License Pool

Potential Agent:

As a potential agent, you don't have to do much for the license pool. Just open a service project and click on an issue. Automatically, the app will request a license for you and your page will update if the request was successful. If your administrator has configured the confirmation, you have to confirm again that you really need a license.

If there is no license left for you, you will be added to the queue and will receive an email notification once you have received your license.
